I love these workbooks. I use them for each of our children through 8th grade. We have attended public and private schools, but are currently homeschooling (CA schools are awful regardless of type). Many high performing Catholic schools use this curriculum, and as an educator, I highly agree with its use. Since schools are notoriously bad at teaching grammar since approx 2000, it's crucial to teach Vocabulary/Grammar to K-8 students. I used these books with my students as a supplement for years. This is a great book to use.
